      • The chlorine sanitizer available in the facility was measured to be 50ppm.**Please ensure that a fresh bucket of chlorine sanitizer is made at the start of the day.**Change solution frequently throughout the day to ensure solution is maintained at 100ppm at all times.

      • Food items were stored directly on the floor by the exit door.**Ensure that food items are stored at least 6 inches above the ground to protect from contamination

      • Carboards were used to line the shelves by the hand wash sink.**Cardboard is not a cleanable or water impermeable surface**Please remove/replace cardboard with materials that are smooth, cleanable and impermeable to moisture.
