   • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
     • A large wooden box was being used as a sensory sand box in the kindergarten room (room 2B). The wooden box was unfinished and rough in texture, and therefore would not be easy to clean or impervious to moisture. Rough wood may also cause splinters or other injuries to the children. Please remove the wooden box and use an appropriate sensory table that can be easily cleaned and does not pose a risk to the children.
