Soap dispenser button is grimy. *Discussed replacing desk with a small (i.e. foldup) table that can be easily removed for cleaning. - Upon walking into the store, a child was observed dropping off ziplock bags of bread into a basket and on a store shelf. The PHI inquired the girl if this was food prepared by her mom and if her mom has a food handling permit. The home-prepared food was brought back to the mother who was waiting in the vehicle and the PHI educated the mother on the sale of home-prepared food. The incident was also discussed with the store owner. Other sweets (almond cakes) packaged in clam shells that were being dropped off by another delivery driver were taken back because the sweets did not have labels. This is a repeated violation that has been addressed numerous times.
