The two compartment sink drainage system is spilling onto the floor. There is a back-up or disconnect in the plumbing causing water to spill. New owner has put in a work order and is using a large tupperware container for dishwashing which is drained in the bathroom sink. Repair floor, repair sink drainage and maintain grease trap.
