- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- -Mouse droppings were notices in the corners, behind the wood frame and on the shelves in the chemical storage room. Have this room thoroughly cleaned. Ensure this area is monitored by the pest control operator. Ensure exterior doors are properly sealed.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- -There was dust on the ceiling around the vents above the tray line. -There was a build up of crumbs and food packets underneath the condiment rack in the dining area and under the shelves in the large 2 door cabinet in the corner of the dining area. Have these areas thoroughly cleaned to prevent contamination of food and attraction of pests.
