      • -There were some mouse droppings in the corner behind the sugar and flour bins in the food prep room. Thoroughly clean and disinfect these areas using proper personal protective equipment. Ensure there are no open foods or food prep taking place when cleaning. It was indicated that a pest control company conducts regular visits. Traps observed. -There were crumbs and other food build up underneath the shelves, coolers and oven in the food prep room. Have these areas thoroughly cleaned. Keep this up on a regular basis to prevent attraction of pests.
