- Update:Received e-mail from Director indicating that FME still looking at seal options. E-mailed them examples. Previous Observations:-There were gaps in the bottom corners and along the seams of the metal floor plate for the overhead receiving door. The other door could not be observed.-There was also a gap at between the 2 door exit along the bottom, next to the garbage compact exit. The above gaps must be sealed so that when they are fully closed, no light can be seen shining through. Gaps will allow pests, such as mice to gain entry into the building.

Work orders in progress for the gaps between the door and the overhead receiving door floor plates.Previous Observations:-There were gaps in the bottom corners and along the seams of the metal floor plate for the overhead receiving door. The other door could not be observed.-There was also a gap at between the 2 door exit along the bottom, next to the garbage compact exit. The above gaps must be sealed so that when they are fully closed, no light can be seen shining through. Gaps will allow pests, such as mice to gain entry into the building. -There were holes in the ceiling tiles around the fluorescent lights in the dry storage room. Have these holes sealed to prevent entry of pests and to allow for easier cleaning.

- -Scoops were being stored inside the rolled oats and rice bins. Scoops are to be stored outside of bins to prevent the handles of the scoops from contaminating the bulk food.
