- -A paper towel dispenser at one of the handwash sinks was empty.Refill the paper towel dispenser to allow for proper drying of hands.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- -The sink faucets for both of the 2 compartment sinks were loose. The sink on the left side of the kitchen had low water pressure. Tighten the faucets and ensure there is adequate water pressure to allow for proper washing and sanitizing and to prevent further damage.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- -There were some crumbs inside the drawer underneath the oven. Have this area thoroughly cleaned to prevent attracting pests.
