- -The sanitizer bottles in the kitchen were not labeled.Action required:-Please label all the chemical bottles to avoid chemical contamination/misuse.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- 1. The sliced tomatoes were observed at room temperature, measured at 12C.2. The eggs were observed at room temperature, measured at 23C. Action taken:- Staff was instructed to store the sliced tomatoes and the raw eggs under the cooler. Staff member onsite followed the instructions.-Since it was not more that 2 hours the eggs and tomatoes were left at room temperature, the indicated food items were not discarded.
