      • 1.The sanitizer buckets and spray bottles were tested to have concentrations at 0ppm. **Operator emptied and changed all solutions with dispensed quat solution from back of kitchen. Dispensed quat solution was tested at 200ppm.

      • Operator had no test strips to test the dispensed sanitizer solution.*Obtain test strips appropriate to the sanitizer and test sanitizing solutions at regular intervals.

      • The ice machine door had significant dirt debris build up. **Clean this area and increase the frequency of cleaning.

      • The detergent bottle for the mechanical dishwasher was empty. Corrected on site.

      • Front counter hand sink was missing soap.Corrected during inspection.

      • Glass light fixture on the back wall above coffee and smoothie equipment. - Remove or install a shatterproof lighting. - Operator removed light fixture.
