      • Acrylic paint bottles were observed in the daycare classroom.-Please remove all acrylic paints from children craft materials. Only use age-appropriate, washable and non-toxic paints.

      • First aid kits missing antiseptic wipes, tweezer and emergency blankets.-Please provide the indicated items.

      • Some children's water bottles were observed without name tags.-Please label all children water bottles with their names to prevent misuse.

      • - The toy Storage bin in Room 2 (Kindergarten) had accumulated some dust and hairs.*Please clean it thoroughly and ensure it is maintained in a clean condition.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • - The bedding of the children was observed to be stored together without any separation.*Staff was instructed to separate all the personal items of the children and ensure they are labeled.** Staff separated the bedding and stored it in different labeled bags. Parents will take the bedding home on Fridays and bring it back on Mondays.
