- Staff were unaware of how to test the dishwasher and how frequently to be testing. Please ensure the dishwasher is tested at least once a day to ensure it is sanitizing at 100ppm (chlorine-based sanitizer rinse). Staff were shown how to properly test the dishwasher at the time of the inspection.
