- Cold food delivery temperatures were not being taken or recorded. Ensure the perishable food arriving in the cooler is 4C or less upon arrival. Add the cold food section to the food temperature records. Thermometer calibration was being done daily but not recorded. Initial of staff who is responsible for recording temperatures was not on the records.All concerns were corrected during inspection.
