      • No pest control reports were completed and no traps were currently in place for pest control self monitoring. Please ensure traps are in place and report completed.

      • No valid chlorine test strips were available onsite. Please order and ensure valid chlorine test strips are available.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Both the staff and public washroom handwashing sinks were not equipped with paper towels or soap. Please ensure all handsinks are fully stocked.

      • A small hole and visible light was observed for the bottom left side of the rear door leading to the outside by the walk in cooler. Please ensure hole is properly sealed to prevent the entry of pests.

      • The walk in cooler unit was not originally turned on during the inspection. After unit was turned on, temperature was only at 17.5C after roughly an hour. Requested operator let cooler run and send a picture showing that unit can maintain a temperature of 4C or less.

      • The onsite dial thermometer was made of mercury and did not appear to be properly working. Please ensure a new working dial thermometer is available onsite for the walk in cooler.
