      • Several cartons of eggs were observed sitting on the bottom shelf in the kitchen and not in use during food preparation. Requested operator place eggs back into the cooler and ensure that high risk food products are kept refrigerated.

      • Observed container of cooked meat being cooled at room temperature. Measured temperature of product was approximately 50C. Requested operator place product into the walk-in cooler for cooling and discussed proper cooling procedures.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The soap container dispenser was initially clogged and not dispensing. Informed operator who cleaned and cleared the blockage and refilled dispenser with soap. Retested and soap was available to be dispensed.

      • No recent pest control records were completed. Informed operator to ensure self monitoring pest control records are completed, up to date, and available for review.

      • The exhaust hood cleaning was overdue. Please ensure exhaust hood is cleaned and serviced as per the regular routine cleaning schedule.

      • Dec 8, 2025 updateThe dishwasher was ran but no chlorine was being injected into the machine. The sani container was checked and replaced since it was running low. The machine was ran 3 more times but still no chlorine was being injected into the machine.Low temperature dishwasher had 0ppm of chlorine.Ensure dishwasher is has 100ppm of chlorine with verification with test strips.

      • Hand sink was blocked. Corrected during the inspection.

      • A package of raw meat was thawing in a bucket on the floor at room temperature. CDI: moved under cold, running water at the time of inspection. Reviewed appropriate thawing methods with operator.
