- Plastic cover was removed from jumper in infant room.Please ensure that the toys and equipment are checked each day and that the toys are cleaned and disinfected on approved schedule.

- Toddler room:1. Toy bins were noted to have debris and insect inside. Ensure that all toys and bins are being cleaned and disinfected on a weekly basis or when soiled/mouthed. 2. Couch cover was soiled. Please ensure that laundry is done weekly or when soiled.
