      • Paper towel was not in a dispenser in the Baby Blossom (infant) Room.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • No sanitizer solution prepared in the Big Blossom room. Ensure separate sanitizer spray bottles are made for the kitchen and the room.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Radiator is not secure and/or in disrepair in the Jr Preschool room and in the Blossom (Toddler) Room. Program Director has already been working with maintenance to have this repaired.

      • X Test strips were not available on site for testing the bleach solution concentration. The strips the facility had were pH strips and not chlorine test strips.

      • Plastic cover was removed from jumper in infant room.Please ensure that the toys and equipment are checked each day and that the toys are cleaned and disinfected on approved schedule.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Toddler room:1. Toy bins were noted to have debris and insect inside. Ensure that all toys and bins are being cleaned and disinfected on a weekly basis or when soiled/mouthed. 2. Couch cover was soiled. Please ensure that laundry is done weekly or when soiled.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Larger crib: Mattress cover that is impervious to moisture required.Please also provide set up of 6 cots with 2 cribs to this office.
