      • Mildew, soil, and grime were observed along the wall-to-countertop seams behind the handwashing sinks in the Baby Room and the Out-of-School Care area.Clean and sanitize the affected areas using a bleach solution.

      • Hot water temperature was insufficient in the OSC room and measured as 13C (cold water only). The hot water temperature was measured to be between 26.6C and 27.3C in all other rooms (feels cold). Please ensure that the water temperature is sufficient to encourage hand washing.

      • Water stain was observed on the ceiling in the OSC room. Investigate and remove the source of waster infiltration, and replace the affected ceiling tile.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Antiseptic wipes expired in November 2020, and some supplied were missing in the first aid kits (e.g. band aids). Please provide proper supplies.

      • One toilet was not in operation (plugged) in the boys' washroom. Please repair or replace.
