- Cases of 2 L pop bottles stored directly on the floor- Store all food items up off the floor. Operator to place an empty crate at the bottom of the pop racks.
- 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
- 1. Spray bottles of "Off Bug Spray" stored next to candy in the front storage cupboards. 2. Containers of antifreeze stored above bottles of beverages on the back storage room shelving unit.- All cleaning supplies/chemicals are to be stored below and completely separate from food items.

- Improper manual washing procedures being followed. - Dishware/utensils etc. must be sanitized when cleaning with the 100 ppm chlorine solution. Items must be immersed in the sanitizing solution and then air dried.- Operator to review with all staff.
