      • 7/19. There was no sanitizer available. A bleach water solution was obtained from the restaurant.

      • 7/19. There was no bucket to collect water from temporary handwashing setup. Bucket obtained.

      • Falafels were kept out in ambient temperature. Corrected during the inspection. Operator put them in coolers supplied with ice packs and had extra packaged of ices onsite.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The temporary hand wash sink in use did not have a spout which could freely pour water (a button had to be held down to pour water). Use a different water container with a nozzle that allows for hands-free continuous pouring of water to facilitate hand washing.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
      • The special event vendor was not fully set up at least one hour prior to the event's start time.

      • No surface sanitizer available on site. ** This was corrected at the time of the inspection. Operator went into his permitted facility and brought out a food safe sanitizer for use in the outdoor booth area.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The temporary hand wash sink in use did not have a spout which could freely pour water (a button had to be held down to pour water). Use a different water container with a nozzle that allows for hands-free continuous pouring of water to facilitate hand washing.
