      • The diluted bleach used as a food-grade sanitizer for bar surfaces was measured at a concentration of 1000ppm using available test strips. Lower sanitizer concentration to 100-200ppm if intending to use for food contact surfaces. This concentration may be used specifically as a disinfectant for customer seating areas or non-food contact surfaces.

      • The lower bar's iodine glasswasher was measured at a concentration below 12.5ppm. Ensure glasswasher is operating correctly and is dispensing an iodine concentration between 12.5 and 25ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The handwash sink in the lower bar did not have hot water access.Restore access to hot water at this handwash sink.
