Corrective action was taken by providing education on the importance of using the designated handwashing sink moving forward. Washing hands in food preparation sinks poses a risk of cross-contamination to food and food-contact surfaces.

- A food handler was observed drying their hands with a reusable towel. The towel was removed, and single-use paper towels were to be used. Staff were instructed to use one-time-use supplies to prevent bacterial growth and cross-contamination.

- A chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was available and initially measured to be over 500 ppm, as determined by dilution testing.The operator was advised on the correct amount of bleach to add in order to achieve the effective concentration range of 100–200 ppm chlorine.After remaking the solution, the chlorine sanitizer measured 200 ppm.A chlorine (bleach) sanitizer preparation document was emailed to the operator for reference and ongoing use.
