      • A small hole was observed in the drywall by the children's play area. Please ensure hole is patched and repaired.
    • 14. Is this facility properly heated to ensure client comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • The measured temperature of the toddler room was 18.1C. The measured temperature of the infant room was 19.1C. Discussed issues and concerns with operator who adjusted the thermostat for these two rooms and increased the temperature. Retested and measured temperatures of both rooms were >20C. Please ensure temperature of all rooms meet the minimum temperature requirements.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The far sink for the women's washroom was not properly draining when tested. Water was observed to be pooling in the basin. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and sink properly drains.
