      • Chlorine sanitizer used on tables and food surfaces was found to have too high of a bleach concentration. The solution was diluted and verified to be at 100 ppm using a chlorine test strip. Pipettes were given to the manager to accurately create sanitizer solutions going forward.Please ensure that chlorine sanitizer solutions are at 100 ppm.
