      • Ceiling in the main/reception room was not in good repair: water-damaged ceiling tiles were observed. Investigate and remove the source of water infiltration and replace affected ceiling tiles.

      • The owner of the personal service business did not submit a notification about the business to the Alberta Health Services. Submit the notification to AHS.

      • No written procedures for skin cleansing prior to services were available. When manicure and pedicure services are offered, written procedure for dealing with accidental cuts will be required.
