- Some Optim 33Tb disinfectant (wipes) was used against manufacturer's instructions: one container expired in April 2025, and the other container did not have a cover. Please ensure that manufacturer's instructions for the disinfectant use are followed (e.g. discard expired product and provide a proper cover for the wipes container).

- Blades used for dermaplaning expired in October 2024. They were discarded during the inspection.
