      • There were multiple items (food cart and dishes) blocking access to the kitchen handwashing sink.All items blocking access were immediately removed. The handwashing sink must be accessible at all times.

      • One of the kitchen cabinet doors is brokenRepair the broken kitchen cabinet door.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The storage room opposite the kitchen has flooring that is in poor condition. A crack and a depression were observed in the floor.Repair the floor in the storage room.

      • *Bag of rice on the floor. Dry storage area appears to be cluttered. Please ensure food is stored off the floor and clutter are cleared.

      • *Pest control monitoring program observed to be not up to date. Last dates observed were in 2024. Ensure a pest control monitoring program is in place.*Live pest activity noted. Ensure pest control is completed, and action is taken to prevent pests.

      • *Food Handling Permit posted was observed to be expired. *Test strips observed to be expired. Ensure test strips are available to verify sanitizer solutions.

      • Commercial dishwasher rinse temperature was insufficient (measured as 67.9, 69, 68.7 and 69.6C) at the plate level.

      • The fridge temperature was 22 C (located in the kitchen). The fridge was not used for storage of perishable food at the time of inspection. Another fridge was available in the staff room - will be used for the food storage until the new fridge arrives.
