      • The left hand sink in the pre-toddler room had very low pressure. Please repair.

      • The finish on the counter by the hand sink in the preschool room was wearing. Please ensure the counter is smooth and cleanable.The carpet was not secure in the OSC room and could be a tripping hazard. Please secure from slippage.The fridge in the toddler room was monitored at 12.6C Please verify proper operation of the fridge and ensure temperatures are maintained at <4C

      • There was no hot water available at the hand sink in the left OSC washroom. Water temperature was measured at 14C.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Faucets at handwashing sinks are loose in the preschool room bathroom. Please ensure that faucets are properly secured to avoid potential leaks that could damage the surrounding building materials.The left hand sink in the pre-toddler room had very low pressure. Please repair.The right sink faucet in the preschool bathroom was not operational. Repair required.
