- Food (spaghetti and red sauce, veggies) prepared at approx. 9:00-9:30am was observed to be prepared and portioned into bowls at 9:45am. Temperature of the food was approx. 32C. Since lunch is served at 11:00am or 11:30am, it was requested that foods be placed in the fridge.
