The operator indicated that 91% alcohol and a diluted bleach solution is used to disinfect surfaces and non-critical equipment.- Alcohol and bleach are not an acceptable form of disinfection. Please obtain a low-level disinfectant to disinfect non-critical surfaces/equipment.2. The CitrusWirx disinfectant wipes were expired as of 2021.- Discard wipes. Ensure that manufacturer's instructions for storage are always followed.
