      • One of the pedicure chairs was in disrepair.-Repair/replace the chair.

      • No test strips were observed in the facility.-Ensure that the test strips are available for testing of high-level disinfectant.

      • The sterility assurance information is incomplete. Lot number and expiry dates of the piercing jewelry are not available. Please ensure the sterility information including lot numbers and expiry date of the sterile jewelry are available and recorded on the client's form.
