      • There was no sanitizer solution prepared in the kitchen. An appropriate chlorine sanitizer solution was prepared. A sanitizer solution must be available at all times for sanitizing food contact surfaces and equipment.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • No proof of food safety training was available. Food safety training resources will be sent to the director.

      • - The program did not have monthly pest control records. PHI has provided AHS Pest Control Checklists for future pest control monitoring.

      • X CDI: One of the children's water bottles had mildew on the inside of the lid. Bottle was removed from use.- Operator needs to decide if they will be sending all water bottles home at the end of the day for parents to wash and sanitize or if all the water bottles will be washed on site. At the moment, some bottles are kept on site and some bottles are sent home.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • X Miscellaneous items (cardboard, extra supplies, etc.) were being stored in the corner of the kitchen between the stove and the coffee cart. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and free of items not intended for food handling activities.
