      • Children's storage area (additional) was not finished and could not be easily cleaned and disinfected. Ensure all high touch surfaces are able to be easily cleaned and disinfected.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Toy washing was not being completed correctly (staff were not disinfecting after cleaning or only disinfecting).Ensure correct procedure is followed:1) Clean toys with soapy water2) Rinse soap off 3) Disinfect toys with approved disinfectant for correct amount of time4) Air dry

    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Cords were noted to be loose and in play area above play kitchen.Please ensure all cords are kept out of reach of children and are secured.2. Egress area (stage to gym) hallway had items blocking the path. Please ensure that storage is not put in the egress path to maintain for emergency or fire.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • First aid kit had expired alcohol wipes. Please ensure a current and up to date kit is available in the preschool space.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • The following areas were noted to be require cleaning and/or were sanitary condition:1. Area rugs were soiled or stained.2. Deep cleaning of toys and equipment required including chairs, cupboards and shelving3. Debris noted on upper area (stage) near shelving/door to gym.
