      • -Chlorine test strips able to measure concentrations from 0 to 1000 ppm were not available. Obtain these test strips so that they are available for use if needing to clean up body fluids like vomit or diarrhea, or for disinfecting during gastrointestinal outbreaks, which require a higher chlorine solution of 1000 ppm. -Regular chlorine test strips able to measure a concentration of between 0 to 200 ppm were available (these are good for regular disinfecting).-There were several loose paper towel rolls on the shelves and counters. Place these paper towel in dispensers or spindles, to allow for easier tearing and reduce handling.

      • 1. Cords were noted to be loose and in play area above play kitchen.Please ensure all cords are kept out of reach of children and are secured.2. Egress area (stage to gym) hallway had items blocking the path. Please ensure that storage is not put in the egress path to maintain for emergency or fire.

      • First aid kit had expired alcohol wipes. Please ensure a current and up to date kit is available in the preschool space.

      • The following areas were noted to be require cleaning and/or were sanitary condition:1. Area rugs were soiled or stained.2. Deep cleaning of toys and equipment required including chairs, cupboards and shelving3. Debris noted on upper area (stage) near shelving/door to gym.
