      • Dirty cleaning cloths were left on top of the counter.Wiping cloths for cleaning food contact surfaces should be routinely cleaned and when not in use kept in sanitizing solution.

      • A bag of flour was observed stored directly on the floor in the kitchen area. This should be kept in a food-grade container and stored off the ground.Additionally, bags of potatoes were observed stored on the floor in the back storage area and must also be stored off the ground.

      • The ceiling is water damaged from a previous leak. Damaged ceiling must be repaired (previously noted).March 24/26 Update:- Operator states ceiling leak has been repaired. Damaged drywall still remains however, removal of all water damaged materials and repair/replacement required as previously requested.June 18, 2026. The ceiling has been repaired and repainted. The back storage area still requires cleaning and decluttering.A shelving unit needs to be installed in the back storage area to allow for proper off-floor storage of items.Additionally, two refrigerators have damaged lower shelves that require replacement.

      • The worn flooring in the cooking area has been replaced, and the damaged baseboards in the washrooms have also been repaired. Target completion date - December 30, 2026.However, non-smooth cardboard and cloth materials were observed on the food preparation surface; these must be removed and replaced with a smooth, durable, and easily cleanable material. Target completion: July 3, 2026Additionally, the table at the rear has peeling shelving and requires repair. Target completion date - July 3, 2026.

Excess debris, food waste & grease accumulation evident throughout including cooking equipment area, storage containers, freezer/fridge shelving, flooring, rear storage areas etc. Immediate & thorough cleaning required, 2. Written sanitation procedure is not adequately maintained. Routine cleaning schedules must be in place.3. The mops and cleaning buckets appear worn, dirty, and in need of replacement.

Cardboard on prep table to right of grill area to be removed, deteriorated surface to be re-finished, or table replaced with surface that is smooth & impervious.Missing/damaged baseboards to be installed/repaired in men’s and women’s washrooms. Missing floor tiling to be installed at toilet base in women’s washroom.

      • Dishwasher sanitizer line was not dispensing sanitizer. Dishes will have to be manually sanitized after washing until the dishwasher is able to properly sanitize dishes. Choi called a contractor to address this issue during the inspection.
