      • Proper three compartment sink method in use. QUAT sanitizing solution in the sink was measured at 100 ppm. The operator prepared another solution, which measured 200 ppm.

      • i) A few cleaning cloths were left on the food prep. counter. Upon request staff member put the cleaning cloths in the soil hamper.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Handwashing station at the prep table has no soap. Upon request a staff member refilled the dispenser.
