- Unfinished drywall enclosing the water tank was observed in the dry storage room.- Please finish or paint the drywall to ensure surfaces are smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.

- The utility closet was enclosed with walls in 3 sides, but it was not equipped with a door. Two shelving units were directly across the sink where clean and dirty utensils will be stored. - The inspector informed the operator to cover the utility closet with a door.
