      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact sanitizer spray bottle and pail with wiping cloth registered below 10 ppm chlorine.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff created a new food contact sanitizer that registered at 100 ppm chlorine.
      • Reminder: 2 ml of bleach chlorine is mixed with 1 L water to make a 100 ppm chlorine solution. Reminder, this solution should be replenished daily.
      • Violation Score: 5
      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser at the front handwashing station was not supplied with paper towel at the start of the inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the paper towel dispenser such that the handwashing station is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
