      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washroom sink did not have hot water at the time of inspection. Ensure all hand washing sinks have liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. Staff currently using working secondary hand washing stations
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing sinks have liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. Staff have secondary hand washing sinks and secondary washroom at gas station available. Ensure to wash hands adequately before providing food service. Correction required on one day.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to repair thermometer so it is accurate and in working order or use a working thermometer to take daily temperature checks. Correction required today.
