- A yellow cloth is observed to be sitting on a cardboard box near the drive through window. Ensure that cloths are kept inside a sanitizer solution to help prevent contamination of the cleaning cloths. The operator placed the indicated cloth inside a 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer solution during the inspection.
