    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Scoop used for shredded cheese has no handle and was stored directly inside the cheese.Ensure the cheese is protected from contamination. The scoop should have a handle to protect the cheese from contamination or the cup should be single use/ washed after each use.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Handles of scoops were touching toppings in the inserts.Ensure food is protected from contamination by ensuring the scoop handle does not contact food.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The inside of the walk-in cooler door is very warped/ dented. The metal is not easily cleanable anymore. Dirty insulation is noted on one part of the door.Ensure the door is smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.

      • floor tile missing by hand sink. Grime is accumulating.Holes in the wall exist around plumbing. please seal.

      • Cleaning required under shelving, prep tables and pop storage.
