      • Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer solution in the spray bottle, initially prepared for use in the kitchen was tested at 0 ppm. Operator prepared chlorine sanitizer solution during inspection and concentration was tested at 100 ppm.- As discussed, ensure that sanitizer concentration is periodically checked.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • 1) A gap was observed at the bottom of the back exit door. - Please eliminate the gap and replace/repair the weather stripping.2) No pest control records available. Maintain monthly pest control records. - AHS monthly pest control checklist will be emailed to operator.

      • Faucet at the 3-compartment sink was not securely attached, coming off easily when turned on.- Please repair.

      • *Ongoing Violation*Heavy grease build-up on and around large cooking equipment. - Thoroughly clean the equipment and maintain a cleaning schedule for the facility.

      • Cutting boards were balanced on top of tap fixture at the 3-comp sink. - This is not a sanitary area - please conduct air drying and storage in a sanitary manner.
