      • The weather stripping on the side of back door was damaged as light can be seen coming through the gap.- Replace weather stripping and ensure that all exterior doors have adequate weather stripping to prevent potential pest entry.

      • Cake icing tools and baking accessories were placed in and around the handwashing basin in the back kitchen. Operator removed items away from the sink during inspection. - Food preparation must occur at least 18 inches away to prevent cross-contamination and ensure accessibility.

      • Cardboard reused as liner on shelving racks in the back of kitchen.- Operator is to remove cardboard liners to make sure food surfaces are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, and impervious to moisture.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Grill cleaning equipment, including a brush and gloves, were stored on a tabletop adjacent to food-handling utensils (tongs). Operator relocated the items during the inspection.- Ensure cleaning equipment is stored separately from food preparation areas and utensils to prevent contamination.
