Love this place! The fresh scent of baked goods when you first walk in. A great selection of items and the friendliest staff. Very special shout out to Launa working on the checkout today.. she is just the loveliest soul with a beautiful heart and made my absolute day with her small act of kindness that was genuinely appreciated on a particularly tough day. Thank you Launa 💕

Nice store to grab things that are needed throughout the week. I wouldn't necessarily do my whole grocery shopping there as some items cam be VERY expensive, however they can also have some pretty awesome deals. Especially when they have customer appreciation events! Store is always so clean & tidy and all the employees are super friendly and helpful.

I shop here several times a week for small grocery shops. Staff is friendly the store is clean. I recently bought chicken and beef and i would recommend being cautious. I always buy meat here and I’ve never had an issue until now. I had eaten chicken thighs that were newly packaged. Cooked the same day they were bought by the next day early morning I was all kinds of sick with food poisoning and when I went to check on the meat (only 2 days old) the chicken was absolutely rancid only 24 hours after opening the package and eating it. Seemed fine when I opened the package and cooked it. I bought a large pack of ground beef as well overnight same as the chicken was rancid. It had turned a DARK brown and had a strong odour. The meat all had to be thrown away and I’ve been ill coming on 2 days now from this. I’d just recommend caution when buying meat here.

I'd like to relate an instance of excellent service that makes me glad I moved to Enderby. Shortly after moving, I had an operation that severely limits my mobility. I made my first order for delivery from Askew's here yesterday and it was filled by Cayley at the exact hour she promised--and she carried the groceries up a flight of stairs without hesitation. And when I found a discrepancy between delivery and order--a small size of salad greens arriving instead of the larger size--and emailed back wondering if it was too late to get the large size, she undertook to deliver the requested item on her own time! What great service!

The Staff, the Selection, and the Atmosphere are Awesome! ! The Meat Department has a lot to be desired. Lots of selection, but if it’s a lower cut like a Pork Roast. The Fat Outweighs the Meat. In my Opinion. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. The Bakery Etc is top Notch though. Ice cream galore. Pets and such are also available. All is Fresh, no matter the Department, even the Meat.✌️👽

What an upgrade. Very busy 80% of the time but the associates who work are usually very quick getting people through. Groceries with the exception of the pet food have been consistently fresh - especially their bread! Canned tins and dry cat food from here made my cat very sick on 2 separateoccasions!! :(

I suggest do not buy meat at Enderby Askews. The steaks are like shoe leather, un-edible. I tried talking with the meat prep staff a few months ago and was met with disrespect.

Great little store, but the meat and produce is slim. Not much selection. Maybe I am spoiled by the Salmon Arm Askews.
