Operator replaced the empty sanitizer bottle, and no chemical sanitizer was detected even after trying /three/four times using both Iodine and chlorine test strips. in the meantime, use the dishwasher in the kitchen until this is fixed.Ensure the glass washer is working properly and sanitizer tested at least once daily.
