- QUAT test strips onsite had been water damaged. Replace damaged test strips. Ensure your test strips are kept away from liquid exposure to prevent damage. Also ensure your test strips are not past their best before date to ensure proper function.

- 1. The hand sink by the smokehouse was slow draining and its wastewater plumbing was leaking. Please fix sink drainage and repair or replace leaking plumbing to ensure sanitary wastewater drainage. Please ensure repairs within 24hrs. 2. The hand sink by the production area entrance was not stocked with paper towel. Corrected during inspection. Please ensure all hand sinks are adequately stocked with liquid soap and single-use, disposable paper towel to ensure sanitary and effective handwashing.
