- Bleach/chlorine sanitizer was measured at 500ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure bleach/chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100ppm. The operator prepared a 100ppm bleach/chlorine sanitizer during the inspection.

- A scoop without a handle was observed in the bulk rice storage bag. Ensure scoops with handles are used to help prevent potential contamination of the food. The operator removed the indicated scoop during the inspection.
