- 2024-04-19Food handling permit was not posted on public display. ACTION REQUIRED: post the food handling permit on public display. Note, the below violation had been corrected. The invoice for the food handling permit was paid.________________________2023-03-22Facility was operating without a food handling permit. Facilities selling any type of food, including pre-packaged food must have a food handling permit. Provided a hard copy of the food handling permit application form to operator. Will also e-mail the form to the owner. Complete and e-mail back the food handling permit application form. Once received by us, you will be e-mailed an invoice. Pay for this immediately. Follow instructions on invoice on how to pay. You will then be e-mailed your food handling permit. Print this off then post in an area visible to the public.
