- - Blood drips observed on the base of the meat cooler (stand up slide door, storage area).

- - Staff was able to wipe up at the time of inspection. Ensure to sanitize all surfaces including the base and the shelving wires.

- - Observed staff turning on the hot water valve of the handsink upon the arrival of the inspector.

- - No cold water supply was available at the handsink and staff had to turn on the cold water valve as well. Ensure that both hot & cold water is available at the handsink at all times. Staff should be periodically discarding their gloves, wash their hands, and put on new set of gloves. The fact that all water valves were closed shows that staff are not actively using the handsink.

Ensure to have spray treatment done by a professional pest control company in the sink/grease trap area, behind & underneath the freezer/ cooler units (both processing area and the store front). Treatment should occur outside of operational hours with the gate closed. Ensure there is no open food product during the treatment. All food contact surfaces and equipment should be cleaned & sanitized after the treatment before operation. Complete the treatment within two weeks and email the undersigned with a copy of the service invoice.
