      • Correct roof leak in back corner of building near beverage & packaging storage. Front female washroom; fix roof leak that makes watercloset unusable. Operator to manage both issues until corrected. Common use dish towels were removed. Air dry or single use only. Post permit more to front so easily read. Remove one bucket of waste oil (outside). Under counter dry storage now due for cleaning. Rear beverage and packaging areas now due for general cleaning. Today's delivery of water and packaging to be stored properly and >= 6 in. / 15cm. off of the floor.
