Education was provided to the facility owner.FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED:1) Leftovers of food items held at room temperature must be discarded at the end of the 4-hour holding time. **The facility shall establish a system of tracking the quantity of food discarded at the end of the 4-hour room temperature holding time. Attached to this report is a copy of A&W approval for room temperature holding. Failure to comply with the document may invalidate A&W's approval for room temperature holding.
