- - There were no established written procedures for client care in the event of an accidental skin cut or puncture, dual purpose sink: steps for decontamination and Cleansing of skin and mucous membrane. Templates were provided to the operator.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Considering the language barrier with staff, i recommend a laminated sheet for cleaning and disinfecting the sink between handwashing and tool reprocessing.
